Accommodation Information

When booking, please indicate Pediatric Allergy & Dermatology Conference in order to take advantage of the group rates. Reservations must be made by February 7, 2012 as rooms will only be held on a space-available basis after this date. The group rate will be honored for arrivals and departures three days prior to and three days after the group block on a space available basis. Please note: A non-refundable deposit of total room and tax must be received by the Four Seasons 30 days prior to the arrival date, either guaranteed with a credit card or an advanced deposit. There are no cancellations without penalty permitted after 30 days prior - you will be charged the room rate, tax, and service charges for one night's stay. If you reserve less than 30 days in advance of your arrival, your full pre-payment is due at the time of booking.
